Welcome to Bayan University — a community of students, scholars and researchers.
Materials, surveying, structures and the workshops behind them.
The engineering laboratories cover the practical half of the civil and architectural programmes: materials testing, surveying, soil and concrete work, and the drawing and model workshops.
Practical sessions are supervised and follow a written safety brief. Personal protective equipment is issued at the door and is not optional; a student who arrives without closed footwear will be turned away from the workshop floor.
Project work outside timetabled hours is arranged with the laboratory supervisor, who has to be present.
