Admissions
What you need before you apply: qualifications, documents and language.
Entry to an undergraduate programme requires a recognised secondary school certificate, and for some programmes a minimum grade in named subjects. Those subject conditions are set by the department and listed on the department's own page.
Documents
- Your secondary school certificate and its transcript
- National identity document or passport
- Recent photographs to the size the form specifies
- Where the qualification was awarded outside the Kurdistan Region or Iraq, an equivalency decision
Language
Programmes taught in English expect a working command of it. Where an applicant has no recognised language certificate, the university's placement test is used instead.
Applicants transferring from another university are assessed on the credits already completed; see the Registrar's Office for the transfer route.
