The bridge between the degree and the first job.
The Career Development Centre prepares students for the labour market and keeps the university's relationship with the employers in it.
It works individually with students on applications and interviews, arranges placements with the departments, and runs the annual job fair. It also tracks what graduates go on to do, which is how the university learns whether a programme is producing what it claims to.
Its full remit is described on the Career Development page.
